Dear customers, if you have any further questions, please feel free to send us an email. We have tried to answer the most frequently asked questions in advance.
Do I need to make a reservation?
You do not need to make a reservation before visiting our store. However, if you are coming with a group of more than 6 people, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Do you have English-speaking staff?
During the Spring Festival and Oktoberfest, we generally always have staff in the store who can assist you in English. However, during quieter times, we also work with temporary staff who may speak limited English. If you require a detailed consultation in English, please arrange a personal shopping appointment.
Do you still have stock in trousers?
We have plenty of backstock. Don't worry, there will be enough trousers in all sizes also at the octoberfest!
Do you offer second-hand items?
No. We sell only new items.
Do you offer a rental service?
We do not offer a rental service.

Taking pictures and making videos:
We protect the privacy of our customers. In our store, it is not allowed to take videos or photos in or around the fitting rooms. It is only possible if there are no other customers present.
Do you offer big sizes?
We offer dirndls in German sizes 32 - 50 and leather trousers in German sizes 44 - 64. We always have some models available in larger sizes, but the selection is not as extensive as in smaller sizes.
How do I reach your shop?
From the city center, take the U3 or U6 to Poccistraße. It is about 5-8 minutes from Marienplatz to our store.
How big is your store?
Our store is medium-sized but fully packed with traditional garments. It is much bigger than it looks from the outside.
